Discover Bridge 9.3

[dropcaps type=’normal’ font_size=’45’ color=’#191919′ background_color=” border_color=”]H[/dropcaps]i, guys. We’re back with a new Bridge update, full of awesome demos and all-new options. So let’s get right down to it and take a look at what’s been added to Bridge 9.3.

Bridge recently got the option of connecting with your Instagram account and displaying your Instagram feed directly on your website. Well guess what, now you can do the same with your tweets. Use the Twitter Feed widget and Twitter feed shortcode to show off your latest tweets, either in widget areas or right in your page content.

Talking about social media options, the Instagram widget now lets you choose between a dark and light hover overlay for your Instagram images.

Then there’s the Qode Pricing Tables. Pricing Tables have always been a great element for displaying your services and pricing packages in a concise and clear manner. But now they’ve gotten even better. Thanks to the new “Advanced” type of pricing tables you can add even more useful information to each pricing table element.

We’ve also added a new portfolio list, which lets you easily show off your projects in a stunning masonry layout with spacing between each portfolio item.

And of course, there’s the demos. Twelve of them. Each one more beautiful than the other, they range from a slick parallax layout for photography presentations, to a comic-book inspired illustration demo, a personal demo for freelance developers, a web agency demo, and more. Check them all out in the list below.

If you want a detailed breakdown of everything new in Bridge 9.3, please visit our update log.

We’ll be in touch with more Bridge news soon.

10 Blog Demos in Bridge 9.2

[dropcaps type=’normal’ font_size=’45’ color=’#191919′ background_color=” border_color=”]W[/dropcaps]hat, what? Another Bridge update? Yep. And not just any ol’ update, but an update focused on one of the most important contemporary online marketing tools: the blog.

We know the importance of a strong blogging platform. It helps businesses connect with clients. It lets freelancers establish authority in their respective fields of work. It gives a voice to writers all around the world. Which is exactly why we decided to expand the blog functionality of Bridge.

So, what’s new in the big Bridge blog update?

Six beautiful blog list templates, that’s what’s new. And each comes with its own set of powerful customization options. You can find out more about the new blog lists here. Now this brings Bridge up to an amazing total of 16 distinct blog list templates. Yes, you heard that right. Sixteen. But wait, we’re not done. Not just yet. Besides the new blog list templates, we’ve also included a beautiful “Image Title” template for single posts. What’s the difference between the standard single post template, and the new “Image Title” template? Well, when you set one of your single blog posts to the “Image Title” template, that post’s featured image will be displayed in the title area instead of in the post content. Oh, and your content can now burst out of the grid it was previously restrained to and extend into glorious full width. Here’s an example of a post created with the “Image Title” template. Looks amazing, right? But there’s more. We’ve also added a “Latest Posts” widget to our collection of custom widgets, as well as some useful new functionalities for our existing blog-related shortcodes. Like an “auto-play” option for the Blog Slider, to name but one. And of course, a new collection of 10 Bridge blog demos, which you can check out in the list below.

As always, you can visit our update log for a more comprehensive overview of everything added in Bridge 9.2.

We’re already working on our next update, so stay tuned for more news on that. And whatever you do, remember: Just keep calm and carry on writing.

The New Bridge Blog Lists

[dropcaps type=’normal’ font_size=’45’ color=’#191919′ background_color=” border_color=”]W[/dropcaps]e’ve added a whole lot of stuff in our big blog update, but most important of all are the 6 awesome new blog list templates. Thanks to these templates, Bridge now offers an amazing collection of 16 distinct ways to display your blog posts. That’s basically 16 completely separate blog designs to choose from, and they’re all extremely simple to use. But enough about how powerful Bridge is, let’s talk new templates.

Blog Chequered

With the Chequered blog list, you can set a background color or background image for each of the posts in your blog list. This gives you the freedom to create your own unique chequered pattern and impress readers with your beautiful blog design.

Blog Compound

The Compound blog list is a modernized version of the standard Bridge blog list, but with a catch. You can choose whether each post in the list will be displayed using a standard layout, or a “split” layout in which the featured image will be set to one side, and the excerpt to another.

Blog Gallery

The Gallery blog list is fully focused on highlighting your blog images in all their glory. This beautiful blog list gives you an awesome gallery-style view of your blog posts, with as little text as possible interfering with the stunning imagery.

Blog Headlines

The Headlines blog list displays your blog posts as a beautiful list of newspaper headlines in various sizes. It also has a great loading animation for the headlines, which pop into view one by one as you scroll down the page.

Blog Masonry Gallery

The Masonry Gallery blog list is especially designed to give you the creative freedom to make your own unique masonry layout. You can choose predefined dimensions for each of your blog posts separately, and in this way determine exactly how each post will be shown in the list.

Blog Pinterest

The Pinterest blog list lets you display your blog posts in the recognizable Pinterest style. The width of each post in the list always stays the same, but the height depends on the height of the featured image you upload. You can’t pin the posts, but they still look gorgeous.

Well, Bridge has a solution – the Preview Slider shortcode.

The Preview Slider lets you showcase images in both a desktop and mobile frame at the same time. It has a beautiful, smooth sliding animation, and gives viewers a great preview of what your product or website looks like across devices. You also have the option to link each slide to an appropriate URL.

The Preview Slider is great for highlighting responsive design, or simply displaying your images in beautiful device frames.
